Stuffed Mushroom is really delicious and easy to make as an appitizer

INGREDIENTS
- Mushrooms (large ones)
- Onion
- 1 egg
- Parsley
- Bread crumbs and
- Grated cheese (any kind)
- Butter or oil
PREPARATION
- First you wipe the mushrooms from the dirt with a wet towel paper and avoid washing them because they tend to absorb the water.
- Remove the mushroom stems from the caps and then chop them
- Chop the onion finely and brown it lightly with a little oil or butter
- Add the chopped mushrooms and season with salt and pepper
- cook for few minutes and then add the choped parsley
- Cool the mixture and then add an egg an a little bread crumbs
- Now the mushrooms caps are ready to stuff
- Fill each cap with a tsp of the mix and arrange the stuffed mushrooms in a large oil brushed tray.
- Top each mushroom with grated cheese and sprinkle with bread crumbs
- Bake in moderately hot oven 350F for 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a while and then enjoy!
