Stuffed Mushroom is really delicious and easy to make as an appitizer

SPECIFICATIONS

INGREDIENTS

PREPARATION

  1. First you wipe the mushrooms from the dirt with a wet towel paper and avoid washing them because they tend to absorb the water.
  2. Remove the mushroom stems from the caps and then chop them
  3. Chop the onion finely and brown it lightly with a little oil or butter
  4. Add the chopped mushrooms and season with salt and pepper
  5. cook for few minutes and then add the choped parsley
  6. Cool the mixture and then add an egg an a little bread crumbs
  7. Now the mushrooms caps are ready to stuff
  8. Fill each cap with a tsp of the mix and arrange the stuffed mushrooms in a large oil brushed tray.
  9. Top each mushroom with grated cheese and sprinkle with bread crumbs
  10. Bake in moderately hot oven 350F for 30 minutes.
  11. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a while and then enjoy!
