INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups yoghurt
- 3 medium cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup chick-peas
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 2 tablespoon raisins
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves
- 1 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 1/2 loaf of toasted pita bread, torn into 2 inch pieces
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
PREPARATION
- Boil chick-peas in water then set aside.
- Combine yoghurt, cucumbers,chick-peas, walnuts, raisins, onion, chopped mint, garlic, cumin, olive oil, and salt in a bowl.
- Add toasted pita bread and serve immediately.
